Já percebeu se você gasta mais em momentos de emoções muito afloradas como, por exemplo, quando está muito triste ou ansiosa demais por algo? Assim, fica bem fácil descontar nossas emoções em compras por impulso. Quem nunca?

Isso vale muito para nós, mulheres. Brigou com o boy, está de TPM ou o seu dia de trabalho foi uma droga? Cara, não faça compras para se sentir melhor. Não saia comendo horrores para se sentir melhor (e muito menos pagando por isso). Acredite, tudo que está ruim pode piorar. Imagine se você ficar pobre e gorda, então! Nesse caso, eu tenho duas dicas: 1 – Vá à academia e malhe até sentir as endorfinas percorrendo seu corpo. 2 – Faça amor até “dizer chega” (não esqueça de usar camisinha, por favor). É tiro e queda, a fórmula para a solução de quase todos os problemas no universo.

Mas se você estiver muito deprê e sem forças para fazer qualquer coisa, vou te contar o que eu faço para me sentir melhor. Como minha maior vontade é conhecer cada cantinho desse mundo, acesso um site de companhias aéreas e escolho um destino. Depois, acrescento hotéis e passeios para uma viagem dos sonhos. Na hora de efetuar o pagamento, opto pelo boleto. No fim das contas, eu me distraio vendo possibilidades incríveis que podem estar ao meu alcance. Imagino outras tantas coisas e isso me conforta. Claro que não vou pagar o boleto e ele vai expirar no fim do dia. Massss, vai que acontece um erro intergaláctico no sistema e, no dia seguinte, eu encontro as minhas passagens no meu e-mail? Uma dose de criatividade e uma pitada de esperança fazem a diferença em qualquer circunstância.

Sem Título-1O autocontrole é uma questão de hábito. Eu sempre me questiono se aquilo que eu quero comprar é uma necessidade de fato. As mulheres têm muito mais motivos para sofrerem com esse problema, afinal a nossa autoestima é extremamente importante e para que possamos mantê-la em um nível aceitável, necessitamos de alguns cuidados básicos. Mas entendendo melhor os nossos impulsos, fica mais fácil de evitá-los.

E o cartão de crédito?

Esse fofinho pode ser seu melhor amigo, mas não sabendo utilizá-lo, caso você esteja comprando por impulso, você pode fazer com que essa amizade vire um bicho-papão. Quando for usar o cartão de crédito, pense muito bem se realmente deve gastar dinheiro com aquilo e se cabe em seu orçamento. Principalmente nas tentadoras ofertas da internet! E uma coisa muito importante: usar o rotativo do cartão de crédito é um tiro no pé, usei há alguns meses e fiquei horrorizada com os juros astronômicos que me cobraram, isso comprometeu o meu orçamento como um todo.

Troque o consumismo pelo minimalismo

Além de conhecer as nossas finanças e o uso racional do cartão de crédito, é sempre bom reservar um tempinho para organizar o guarda-roupa e analisar tudo que temos em casa. Existe um montão de coisas paradas que estão implorando para encontrar um novo dono na OLX. É possível ainda vender roupas em brechós ou trocar com alguma amiga por algo que você deseja, o importante é não ceder à tentação logo de cara na hora de comprar coisas novas que só vão ocupar mais espaço e não terão reais utilidades. Nesse caso, o menos é mais.

Eu não me considero uma pessoa consumista e se tem uma coisa que odeio é acumular coisas. Por isso, estou sempre vendendo tudo no Enjoei (venha conhecer minha lojinha). Antes de conhecer o site, eu costumava participar de brechós. Então, esse é um costume bem antigo, do qual eu já tinha muito interesse antes mesmo de virar modinha. Eu super recomendo o site, que além de reder um dinheirinho extra, é sustentável e te ajuda a comprar produtos em ótimas condições com descontos surreais.

  1. O minimalismo é uma coisa que com o tempo, me conquistou. Eu costumava ser um acumulador de coisas materiais. Agora parece que quanto menos coisa eu tiver, melhor. Meu objetivo é ter apenas a quantidade de coisas necessárias e suficientes para caber na minha mochila de viagem. Estou neste caminho e vou chegar lá. A OLX, que você citou, tem me ajudado muito nisso. E o melhor: além de me livrar de um monte de porcaria que só acumula poeira em casa, ainda tiro uma graninha extra para investir. Só neste ano já foram instrumentos musicais, amplificador de guitarra, pedaleira, bicicleta, e outras coisas mais. Adorei o post! Ansioso pelo próximo!

    • O nosso mundo está muito bitolado com o consumismo exacerbado…ter para falar que tem, ter para suprir alguma espécie infundada de vazio e não, de fato, porque a coisa em si é realmente necessária. Exemplo disso é quando a Apple lança um novo aparelho e atrai milhões de tolos para a sua pré-venda, ou mesmo a Black Friday que chega a causar brigas severas entre as pessoas na disputa por produtos. Nossa, eu vejo a sociedade assim e fico me perguntando: “Quando foi que nos tornamos seres tão materialistas e mesquinhos, onde o ‘ter’ vale muito mais que o ‘ser’?”. Ainda bem que nas coisas que realmente importam, concordamos em número, gênero e grau. Precisamos de mais amor e menos coisas, sempre. Juntos, somos um bonito exemplo para o mundo, né?! Hahaha.

      Olha, quanto às doações, eu também já pratiquei muuuito. É maravilhoso fazer isso, dou total apoio! Só migrei para a parte das “vendas por pechinchas” (kkkk) por a minha situação financeira não estar sendo das melhores nos últimos tempos. As circunstâncias mudam nossos hábitos, as dificuldades nos fazem encontrar soluções. Não é mesmo?
